Owner / Master Stylist
I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, and I’m as passionate about my craft today as when I first started. I specialize in custom extension placement, creative short textured cuts, long movable layers, and romantic updos for special occasions.
As the owner of Evans & Co., I love creating a space where stylists can grow, learn, and explore their creativity. My favorite part of the job is being personally involved in my clients’ happiness and helping them feel their best.
I believe that hair is part of our identity, and it’s an honor to help others express theirs. Giving back to the community is also close to my heart—I donate my time and craft to causes like breast cancer awareness, Locks of Love, and local events as a proud Redlands Sunrise Rotarian.

Hi, I’m Marissa! I manage the salon, focusing on customer service, team support, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I love creating a positive salon atmosphere and seeing clients leave happy. My approach is organized and hands-on, and I’m inspired by my family to give my best every day. I’m an on-the-go mom, run on coffee, and you can almost always catch me at the softball field!

With 5 years of experience behind the chair, I specialize in creating custom haircuts, vibrant color, and beautiful, healthy results. I love all things creative — from trending cuts and alternative colors to perfecting timeless classics. I’m also certified in Brazilian Blowouts and passionate about continuing education to bring my clients the newest techniques, tools, and products.
My approach is all about connection and education. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where every guest feels heard, cared for, and confident. I love sharing my knowledge, helping clients understand their hair, and guiding them toward their goals while maintaining its health and integrity.
